Return & Cancellation Policy
We want you to be happy with every Havesome product you receive.
This policy explains how to cancel an order before it ships, when you can return items after delivery, how to request a return or replacement, and how refunds are handled for purchases made through authorised channels.
1. Eligibility
Returns, replacements, and cancellations apply to products purchased from official Havesome channels or authorised retailers, subject to the timelines and conditions below. Please retain your invoice or order confirmation where possible.
2. Order cancellation
You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been dispatched from our facility or fulfilment partner. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible; you may use the return process in the sections below if your case is eligible.
- How to cancel: Email care@havesome.in or call +91 94293 71006 as soon as possible with your order number and registered name or phone number.
- Confirmation: We will confirm by email or phone whether your order can still be cancelled. If it is already packed or handed to the courier, we will inform you and the order will proceed as placed.
- Refunds after cancellation: If you paid online and we accept your cancellation before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable processing time; your bank or wallet provider may take additional days to credit your account.
- Cash on delivery (COD): If you wish to cancel a COD order before dispatch, contact us with your order details. If the order has already been shipped, please refuse delivery at the door where possible, or follow up with our team for guidance.
- Promotional or bundled orders: Cancelling part of an offer or bundle may affect pricing or eligibility; our team will explain the outcome before confirming cancellation.
3. Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your product arrives damaged, leaking, tampered with, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion after verification.
4. Quality concerns
For concerns about taste, texture, or suspected quality issues, contact us with the batch or manufacturing details printed on the pack (if visible). We take every report seriously and will guide you on the next steps.
5. Food safety and hygiene
Because our products are food items, opened packs cannot be returned unless there is a verified manufacturing defect or damage as described above. This helps us maintain safety and hygiene standards for all customers.
6. How to request a return

- Our team will confirm whether your case is eligible and share instructions for return pickup or disposal, if required.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds (including those following a valid cancellation before dispatch) are processed to the original payment method where possible, within a reasonable period after we confirm eligibility. Timing may depend on your bank or payment provider.
8. Third-party marketplaces
If you purchased through an online marketplace or retailer, cancellation, return windows, and refund rules may be governed by that platform. You may still contact us for product-related support; we will direct you appropriately.
